Returns Policy

HOW TO RETURN

Email customer service at sales@ulandhedge.com and include your:

*Order number

*Return request with a picture of the product

*Please repack the returns in original package

A tracking number or receipt of the returned package is required. It will help us track and process your return and refund.

Take your refund once the returned package is received.


TIPS FOR RETURNS

1) Please be informed that customized, used and discounted low-price products can not be returned.


2) Narmal items can be easily returned in 7 days after delivery.

 

3) Please contact our customer service team sales@ulandhedge.com if you need to process a return for any reason.

 

4) A warehouse returns address will be sent to you once your return request accepted. Please ship the items back to the address we send to you, Thank you!

 

5) We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for returns. The returns will be made at your own cost.

 

6) As soon as you discover a faulty delivery of your order, please contact our Customer Care team with package details and tracking information. We will handle it in a timely manner.

7) Refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account -- credit card or PayPal. The refunds will be

initiated in 1-3 days processing time. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take 5-7 business days to process.
